The care teams at Avante Community Support have been providing home care support in North Kent and SE London for nearly 20 years.

We provide care and support at home and in the community for a wide range of customers including older adults, and people with disabilities. Our services can be from as little as 30-minute home visits to short-term respite and long-term live-in care avoiding the need to go into residential care.

People wishing to remain at home may have high dependency needs and require home care services for many different reasons, from illness to simply finding some tasks too difficult to deal with. We provide post-hospital home care for older people including general domestic assistance and personal care. We work to carefully monitored plans to encourage customers to regain their personal independence following a spell in hospital.

Every care service plan is tailored to the outcomes required by the customer to ensure help and support is given for the individual to remain living independently in their own home environment.
