Avante Community Support’s main business is the provision of high quality domiciliary care in Kent, Bexley and Greenwich, but we are determined to expand our services to a wider geographical area whilst retaining the high standards of service provision for which we are known. In addition Avante Community Support provides a range of community based support to people with disabilities which we also keen to develop.

We are looking for a strategic thinker and exceptional leader who has a demonstrable track record of success in the delivery of community based services, but particularly in the domiciliary care field.

Our ideal candidate may currently be an MD or an experienced senior manager but will certainly be someone with drive, passion and ambition who understands the drivers for success in what is a competitive and demanding business sector. Quality Manager

£35k – 37 hrs per week

 

An exciting new post has been created to support the residential services; ensuring high standards of care are maintained within the 15 care homes within the portfolio of Avante Partnership.

The post holder will be based at our Head Office in Faversham, but work flexibly, and be part of the Practice Development Directorate, and will be expected to travel extensively to operational bases as part of the role.

The post holder will have extensive knowledge of health and social care services and be conversant with ISO9001 and CQC compliance standards. They will also have excellent written communication skills to update and write policy and procedures, to ensure best practice within the scope of the job role.

Ideally the person appointed will be a certificated auditor and hold an IRCA ISO9001 Quality Assurance Management qualification or equivalent.
